We source for and ships items worldwide. Over time, we have started working with workshops and other manufacturers who sources materials from China, as well as shipping some of our products from there. This keeps production and worldwide shipping costs affordable for a small business like ours.

Due to the current situation in China, shipping and production of some items have been delayed unexpectedly. 

Affected products ordered in late January till now are experiencing delays in shipment. We expect these products to ship by the week of February 18, although we cannot rule out further delays (we'll keep this page updated).

However, do rest assured that we will ship your orders out as soon as humanly possible once we receive stock and shipping returns to normal, as it will inevitably happen.

If your order is still unfulfilled for over 2 weeks, just get in touch with us with your order number. We'll take an extra 15% off your order for inconvenience caused, and will ship it once the item is available. Or, we will be happy to cancel your order with a full refund for unshipped products.
