USPS handles most of our delivery services in the US, and we understand they are prioritizing essential goods deliveries combined with a delivery backlog due to high volume in the mail system. As a business that ships worldwide, we have been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation.
We are shipping your orders out as soon as possible, but once products are out of the warehouse, delivery times are determined by the speed of the postal services in various countries.
After consulting with our various shipping partners, we understand that delivery times will likely be affected. This is due to suspended flights, or the impact of precautions on postal operations and workers.
As such, we ask for your understanding during this period if your delivery is delayed. If you have a tracking number, your item has shipped and is on its way.
If you need an item by a certain date, such as for a birthday or anniversary, we apologise, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates during this period. In such circumstances, we would advise that you seek an alternative if you absolutely require your item by a certain date.

April 12 Update : Due to the closure of borders imposed by their governments, shipments to some countries have been stopped. Please see the latest list below.
Should you make an order to be shipped to countries on the list, please note that they may be held until normal postal operations resume.
If your order is to be shipped to those countries and is still unfulfilled, we will cancel and refund them on request. Otherwise, we will ship them once normal shipping and postal operations resume.
